Pictured above Pam calls her two-faced Santa Claus wood carving.  This particular piece was done especially for a cosmetic surgeon.  He has two faces on back, and front of this carving. One is the old wrinkled old faced, tired, looking Santa, clenching large black sacks, and the other face is a new wrinkle free, perky looking santa,  with little delghtful toys in his hands.
